The Opening Ceremony of Hong Kong Avenue of Comic Stars Phase 2 successfully held

Funded by the Create Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Comics and Animation Federation has renovated the Hong Kong Avenue of Comic Stars. Through refurbishments of original exhibits and showcasing new attractions, comics fans and tourists may gain a deeper insight into Hong Kong comics industry now.
New Attractions include:
1. Eight exhibition boards showcasing Four-frame Comic Strips:
Four-frame Comic Strip is one of the mainstreams of Hong Kong comics works. In order to appreciate this comics form by more publics, eight exhibition boards were newly built on the exterior wall of the swimming pool next to the avenue, showcasing four-frame comic strips by local comics stars of different styles.
2. Five exhibition boards showcasing more comic characters:
5 new exhibition boards were installed on the wall of the swimming pool next to the avenue, showcasing over 40 comic characters by local comic stars. Together with 30 Hong Kong comic stars recorded on the Avenue, visitors may acquaint more local comic artists with different uniqueness.
3. Five exhibition boards showcasing more comics artworks: There are 5 new exhibition boards built under the eaves by the side of the avenue, showcasing more artworks by different local comics stars, visitors may learn more about their unique styles of art.
