Ip Ming-fat

He committed to the career of comics in 1985 when he worked as an apprentice with Studio 82.  He joined the Jademan Comics in 1987 as a drawing assistant and became an editor-in-chief in less than one year’s time.  His edited works included Incredible, Fantasies, Dick’s Lovers and the First Love at 17.  His first two personal creations are The Undying Heroes and The Heroes from Shaolin.  He has also participated in the work of Wind, Fire and Sea of the Jonesky Limited, and the Cup Noodle and others of Ocean Creative, and the Water Margin Heroes of Feng Jaan Publishing.  In 2000, he was invited by the Culturecom Holdings to be the editor-in-chief for the A Man Called Hero Spin-off, and shortly after that in 2001, he was eagerly invited by MA Wing-shing to do the editing and drawing for another hit of Jonesky Limited, the Black Leopard.  When his contract expired in 2003, he formed his own production team and created his sci-fi comic, the King.  After that he also partnered with different comic companies of various sizes like Lewen, Jade Dynasty Group, Miyazaki, Jonesky, and his creations included the Water Margin Heroes, Gu Long Heroes – The Twelve Green Dragons, SVC King of Fighters vs Street Fighters, Who is the Hero, The Roaring Dragon, Mahamayuri, A Tale from the Country, The Invincible Little Sword Fairy, Three Kingdoms Godly Armies, The Invincible Devilish Sword, The True Sabre Tiger, The Story of Shen Hu Chen, Storm Riders Movie Edition, The Leopard – The 12th Ultimate Duel, Charming Revisited, The Legend of Shen Sheng Yi and The Predator War.  He has also created various online comics like the Roach-man.  Apart from production of comics, he also worked as a freelancer and partnered with other multimedia companies to create characters and roles for movies and computer games like The Iron Blood Heroes, etc.
